We’ll aim to despatch your order within 24 hours if we have the products you have selected in stock, which we normally do. Our website stock levels are monitored daily.  If a product is out of stock we will contact you to discuss the likely delivery time or an alternative product.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product(s) you have bought from us, please return them to us in the original packaging and condition within 7 days of receipt.

Please also enclose a letter explaining why you wish to return the product(s), and we will refund you in full within 28 days of the receipt of your returned order.
